The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with each vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of the sale.

The vehicles for sale at Lamb's Auto Sales LLC. are used vehicles and their overall condition is unknown. Vehicles sold may break and or require mechanical repairs. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements or communications about the vehicle.

The seller assumes no responsibility or liability for any typographical errors (e.g. Data transmission) that may be found in our advertising. All prices exclude tax, tags, title, credit card and all other motor vehicle fees. In the event that a vehicle is listed at an incorrect, the seller retains the right to refuse sale of said vehicle.

Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the picture and colors you see on your screen may not be a 100 percent accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our visual advertising as accurate as possible, however screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be perceived as absolutely correct. Slight visual inconsistencies and color variations are possible.
